Standard statistical error on a single trail is to take the square root of the result, on a 300rwhp dyno (and the dyno you got the result from was more) that is a 17rwhp error bar (sigma). A difference within 1 sigma cannot be considered significant. To get the error bars down, multiple trails must be made. I am not disputing the Hiper has a better design as far as power goes, just the exact power difference is indeterminate with the info available.
